Updated Jaguar E-Pace will appear next year

The British automaker will update its smallest SUV, and the design will focus on the style that we will see in the new electric Jaguar XJ.
New Vision and New Engines
Jaguar promises a major update in appearance without changing the main silhouette of the car. The front panel will receive a new grille and new headlights with a restructured structure. There will also be retouching the layout of the bumper. The rear model will also receive new lights. The interior will be modernized with digital dishes and an enlarged screen on the center console. There will be new items in the equipment, as well as new upholstery.
The Jaguar E-Pace is currently available with two-liter four-cylinder units with 200, 249 and 300 hp. (gasoline), acc. 150, 180 and 240 hp for diesel versions. In the future, engines such as the Range Rover Evoque will be combined with 48-volt mild hybrid technology. This technology works with a starter-belt generator, which recovers energy during braking, which in turn is stored in a lithium-ion battery installed under the floor. A hybrid model is also expected to be released with a 1,5-liter three-cylinder petrol engine and an 80-kilowatt electric motor.
