The new Combo-e can also be used to transport people. A crew van based on the long XL version can carry a total of five people, with goods or equipment transported safely behind a bulkhead. A flap in the wall facilitates the transport of particularly long items.

New compact electric vanThanks to a 100 kW (136 hp) electric motor with a maximum torque of 260 Nm, the Combo-e is suitable not only for city streets, but also outside of built-up areas. Depending on the version, the Combo-e accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 11,2 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 130 km/h. An advanced Brake Energy Regeneration system with two user-selectable modes further enhances the vehicle's efficiency.

The battery, containing 216 cells in 18 modules, is located under the floor between the front and rear axles, which does not limit the functionality of the cargo compartment or cab space. In addition, this arrangement of the battery lowers the center of gravity, improving cornering and wind resistance at full load, thereby enhancing driving pleasure.

The Combo-e traction battery can be charged in a number of ways, depending on the infrastructure available, from a wall charger, at a fast charging station, and even from household power. It takes less than 50 minutes to charge a 80 kW battery to 100 percent at a 30 kW public DC charging station. Depending on the market and infrastructure, the Combo-e can be equipped as standard with an efficient 11kW three-phase on-board charger or a 7,4kW single-phase charger.

About 20 additional technologies make driving, maneuvering and transporting goods not only easier and more comfortable, but also safer.

The optional Flank Guard sensor system helps prevent annoying and costly removal of dents and scratches when maneuvering at low speeds.

The list of Combo-e driver assistance systems includes Combo Life, already known from the passenger car, as well as Hill Descent Control, Lane Keeping Assist and Trailer Stability System.

The Combo‑e Multimedia and Multimedia Navi Pro systems feature a large 8” touch screen. Both systems can be integrated into your phone via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
