Nobody likes to pay traffic police fines, but you still have to do it. All you need to specify is your car number, series and CTC number.
After entering this information and a special verification code - captcha - the system will give you all the necessary information: fines, dates, order numbers.
Knowing all this information, you can proceed to payment. On the official traffic police server - gibdd.ru there is a service for payment.
You can also go to Portal State services and make payment.
To work with this portal, you need to be registered on it:
- fill in all the fields about yourself;
- enter your email address;
- indicate the mobile phone number, receive SMS and enter the received code in the specified field.
After registration, you go to the "Transport" section, select "Payment of fines", enter the information received on the traffic police website and pay the fine.
Attention - you can make sure that the money has been received on the settlement account of the branch, you can directly in the branch itself. Money arrives within a certain time, so keep a receipt on your computer to confirm the fact of payment in which case.
A fee is charged for money transfer services - as in any bank.
The fee depends on the payment method you choose. If, for example, you pay through the QIWI payment system, then the commission is 3% of the amount, which is not so much.

It must be said that not all banks work with traffic police fines, but this does not apply to the largest banks that we wrote about on our Vodi.su portal when we talked about car loans.
The Sberbank banking system is quite simple and will not cause any problems:
- enter Internet banking with your password;
- select the section "Payments and transfers", find "Search and payment of traffic police fines";
- enter your data (vehicle number, series and number of STS), get a list of fines;
- click "Pay", confirm the operation via SMS, save the receipt.
Other banks that provide Internet banking services work in the same way.
Electronic Payment Systems
Here, too, the choice is very wide, almost all the most popular systems provide this service online. But not all of them can pay fines without a receipt.
It is very convenient in this case to use the services Webmoney. The commission is very small - only 0,8 percent of the transfer amount. True, an agent's commission may still be charged - a bank serving the traffic police in a particular city or subject of the Federation.
To pay fines, do the following:
- on the main page, find the section “Individuals” - Pay - Public services, fines, taxes;
- then choose traffic fines;
- Search for fines - by the state number of the vehicle and STS, by the number of the resolution or by the UIN (for individual entrepreneurs or legal entities).
Then everything is the same - pay, confirm by SMS, print out a receipt.
Yandex also offer a payment service, but payment is possible only by order number. How to find out the number of the decision we wrote above. The commission here is quite high - 1% of the amount, but not less than 30 rubles. But information about the payment will be instantly sent to the GIS GMP. It should also be said that in order to pay fines through QIWI Dances or Money@Mail.ruYou also need to know the order number. Qiwi commission - 3 percent of the amount, but not less than 30 rubles.
Knowing the order number, you can pay fines through payment terminals. This method is also very popular, but the commissions here are quite high. All numbers are entered manually through the virtual keyboard, so be very careful. Payment via SMS
Without knowing the order number, you can check and pay fines using your mobile phone. For Moscow there is a number 7377.
You can even sign up for a mailing list about fines.
Using the same number, you can also pay a fine, but the commission will be 5% of the total amount of the transfer.
In order to use this service, you must first register - send your vehicle registration number or driver's license number or STS to short 7377.
The service may be expensive, but its advantage is that you will constantly receive alerts about fines, even if the violation was recorded by cameras.
Well, if you do not trust modern means - the Internet, payment systems or SMS - then the most reliable way to pay a fine without a receipt is to come to the traffic police department and ask them to check if you have fines, and immediately print out all the decisions.
