Stop for refueling - the new Audi connect service

During the high travel season, fuel prices often rise. Therefore, Audi decided to help its customers save on their costs. Models of the A3 family have an Internet service "stop to fill up", which informs about the lowest fuel prices at gas stations. From May, the service will be available on all Audi A3s equipped with Audi connect.

The refuel stop service uses an online database to provide the driver with a list of available gas stations. the purpose of our trip or anywhere else. Items in the list can be sorted by price or by distance. One click is enough to enter the selected gas station in the navigation as the destination of our trip. In models of the A3 family, the function even takes into account the type of fuel we need.

In addition to the A3 series, the Audi connect service will be available in the future for the A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 as well as the Q3, B5 and B7. The MMI navigation plus i is a prerequisite for the vehicle. Car phone via Bluetooth or, in the case of the A3, with optional Audi connect.

Audi connect is the definition of a package of solutions that allow the driver to access on-board systems, the Internet, infrastructure and other vehicles. For the entire model range, Audi offers a wide range of Internet-based services. In addition to the "stop to refuel" service, online traffic information also supports economical driving. This type of service, using data updated in real time, informs about traffic jams on our chosen route and, if necessary, suggests a convenient alternative route.
