High-carbon steel discs have many positive features, including optimized wear resistance, which prevents, for example, excessive abrasion and brake squeal. With the tightest tolerances of no more than 30 µm for disc runout and no more than 10 µm for thickness variation, ATE is an OEM-qualified system supplier and an ideal solution for the aftermarket. Hole tolerances also ensure that unbalance and runout are eliminated. This increases the durability of the suspension and wheel bearings.
