SDA 2022. Can a recording from a car camera be evidence in court?

More and more drivers decide to install a car camera in their car. All this in order to have a record of the situation in the event of a traffic accident.

A recording made by such a device is material evidence and can serve as evidence, for example, for a court. However, do not forget to send an official request to the body conducting the proceedings, for example, to the prosecutor's office, to attach the film to physical evidence.
