In a word, this is a very good idea and the authorities have chosen a simple path - instead of expanding and arranging parking spaces in the central parts of the city, they teach drivers to the elementary rules of culture and mutual respect.

It is planned that by the end of 2014 there will be 4 more parking lots for 1447 places, and by 2020 there will be 58 park and ride parks in Moscow.
