Bad reviews about a bent phone

The new Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone with a folded and unfolded screen breaks after a few days, journalists who tested the device said.

Some reviewers, such as Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, have run into trouble after accidentally removing the protective layer from the screen. It turns out that Samsung wants this foil to remain intact, because it is not just a coating that users know from the packaging. Gurman wrote that his copy of the Galaxy Fold "was completely broken and unusable after two days of use."

Other testers did not remove the foil, but problems and damage soon arose. A CNBC journalist reported that his device constantly flickered strangely. However, there were those who did not report any problems with the camera.

The new model was supposed to go on sale at the end of April, but in May, Samsung postponed the market premiere and announced an "updated version".
