Our cars do not always provide accurate information, but few people think about it. It is true that modern cars have different equipment as well as modern auxiliary systems, but some figures are not accurate. Why is this happening?

Incorrect speed

Hardly anyone is not aware that on absolutely every car the mileage does not show the real speed. It should be noted that the speedometer gives slightly higher values ​​than the real ones. As strange as it sounds, this is required by standards and is done for security reasons. Fuel level

The gas tank lies to you just as well, because the remaining fuel figures are almost never true. This problem, which is the most common, also affects some drivers as they cannot accurately calculate how much fuel they have left. And so they risk getting stuck on the road.

The main role in this case is played by the fuel system - it can be of different sizes and its filling leads to errors in instrument readings. In addition, the fuel level sensor is not among the most accurate, but many manufacturers consider its average values ​​\uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbsufficient.

Don't overly trust electronics, but at the same time, don't assume that it always gives you the wrong information. Most of the instruments in the car show real information, but on average.
