Why is vehicle geometry important?

Geometry has a decisive influence on vehicle performance and driving safety.

Geometry is not only the usual convergence of the front wheels. This also includes front (and rear) camber, camber and steering lead, as well as axle parallelism and vehicle wheel track coverage.

Proper geometry is fundamental to: tire wear, vehicle handling, steering wheel return to straight-line position, reduced effort required to turn the road wheels.

Due to the existing dependencies between the individual angles, the complete geometry of the vehicle must be set up in the correct order, one convergence is definitely not enough.
