Paired with the transmission is a newly developed eight-speed automatic transmission that sends torque to all four wheels, resulting in a 100-5.8 km/h sprint in just XNUMX seconds.

With a 17.8 kWh battery, the CX-60 is capable of driving 63 km before the petrol engine kicks in, but Mazda hasn't given details on the recharging time yet.

At the same time, fuel consumption is only 1.3 liters per 100 km.

For those not ready to upgrade to an electrified powertrain, the CX-60 will also be available with two brand new straight-six engines at a later date - the 3.0-liter e-Skyactiv X petrol engine and the 3.3-liter Skyactiv. -D diesel.

Power output and torque for these new engines have yet to be revealed, but both use a 48-volt mild hybrid system that Mazda calls M Hybrid Boost, and both feature a new eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels in the CX. -60.
