What do you need to paint the terminals?

Paint the brake calipers you do not need specialized equipment or even a particularly long time... However, the question of how to paint them is certainly important, because it is easy to assume that The first varnish will not work here... Remember that brakes are exposed to high temperatures during operation. Therefore, to paint the clips, do not use other sprays, except for specially designed ones, such as, for example, K2 BRAKE CALIPER PAINT, made from the highest quality resins and resistant, perhaps even to hellish heat.... You can also recommend German with a pure heart. FOLIATEC paint, which creates a durable and dense ceramic coating that is resistant to mechanical and chemical damage and adverse weather conditions. Painting the clips with FOLIATEC paint requires little work and precision, but gives very good results.

So, getting ready to paint the calipers, stock up on the following tools:

• metal brush,
• sandpaper of different grain size,
• extraction gasoline,
• masking tape,
• spray varnish or terminal paint.

How to paint brake calipers?

6. Close the clamps. anti-corrosion primerand when it dries - varnish. For K2 spray, apply 2-3 coats at 10-minute intervals. Of course, you can choose not to use a primer, it's just a matter of how long the effect lasts... If you don't want to work hard, just choose K2 BRAKE CALIPER PAINT spray or FOLIATEC paint, which do not require a primer.
