Unfortunately, it often happens that the problems of the victim in an accident do not end with physical suffering, he still has to participate in the procedure for establishing the circumstances of an accident, compiling documentation, on the basis of which the insurer will decide whether our claims are justified. Most road accident participants get lost in the mass of required documents and, under the influence of stress, forget about the actions that should be performed as soon as possible after the accident. Often there are different interpretations of the circumstances of the accident, which further complicates the matter. The institution that will help those involved in road traffic accidents in their troubles is the Road Safety Foundation, which, in addition to awareness-raising activities, has been operating since February this year. he also manages the Office of Assistance to Persons Injured in Road Traffic Accidents.

“We offer comprehensive assistance to everyone who contacts us, both in terms of interpreting legal norms and an objective interpretation of the circumstances of the accident, as well as assistance in collecting the documentation necessary in compensation proceedings,” says Arkadiusz Nadratovsky, coordinator of assistance to victims of accidents on the foundation roads. – We know from experience that the most important thing is to complete the documentation as soon as possible after the incident, so we advise you to contact us as soon as possible. Later, there may be obstacles preventing the reproduction of documents, and the amount of compensation due to us depends on what documents we submit to the insurance company. In specific situations, it is possible to consult consultants and a lawyer cooperating with us. In cases covered by our rules, the fund also provides material assistance to people injured in road traffic accidents. Consultations of the fund's employees are free, so contacting us for help will only win.

We develop our business

The Road Safety Foundation is celebrating its XNUMXth anniversary this year. The result of her educational activities are numerous book publications that promote the current regulations and inform about the changes taking place in them. Particular emphasis was placed on bringing the topic of road safety to children and adolescents.

The foundation has conducted meaningful and methodical training for about 600 primary school teachers who will teach communicative education in their educational institutions,” says Romuald Sukhozh, head of the foundation’s office. – In addition, we are involved in the organization of tournaments, meetings and competitions "Knowledge of traffic safety" - together with the police - for students in primary and secondary schools.

The fund's mission also includes supporting the police in their fight to improve road safety. An example of such assistance is a recently purchased vehicle speed radar.
