Practical 3D printing course

This is a great day for MT and many Polish schools. We take on a mission that is especially important for the successful development of Poland. These are fine words, but legal ones. Schools in many countries are introducing classes using 3D printers, which is a fantastic development of creativity, and only creative people can create an innovative economy, without which Poland will not keep up with world leaders. Of course, we also have schools that offer classes using 3D printers, but we want to have many more of them. We can help with this.

In order for a school to participate in our course, it needs to:

  1. a teacher who is ready to conduct practical classes with students;
  2. 3D printers;
  3. materials;
  4. course program;
  5. good, experienced instructor;
  6. ensuring constant consultations with specialists.
  7. The first point depends on the school, and the MT editors take over the implementation of the remaining five!

We have chosen the most appropriate type of printer for the school course. It will be delivered to schools as a self-assembly kit, and our course begins with its assembly and commissioning. Basic information about the device model is provided in Box 1. We also provide practice materials and spare parts. The printer costs 3r. zloty. Where to get money? A similar initiative to equip British schools with 3D printers is based on crowdfunding (we recommend an article from “). We also encourage schools to use this approach (see Box 2 for useful information on crowdfunding). The initial program outline for the 3D printing practical course is presented in Box 3. It was authored by Mr. Yaroslav Kita, an experienced instructor who has been promoting 3D printing technology among children and teenagers in and around Legionovo for six years, including through regular classes in schools on this type of printing and design. On a daily basis, he runs the Legionowo LegRobot club, where the 3D printer is one of the design and management tools. During the course, problems may arise that require consultation. So you can count on the advice of our experts - by phone, in writing or even at prearranged meetings. Dear students. It is up to you whether you enter the fascinating world of 3D printing technology. Tell your teachers about our practical 3D printing course. Infect them with your enthusiasm for designing and producing items from your designs. Join those schools that have already entered the world of 3rd century technology. And one more thing. The more schools that join our course, the more powerful this drive will be. And from this force, various interesting initiatives can be born (for example, contests with prizes, conferences, etc.). Therefore, try to use your personal contacts (for example, in social networks) to spread knowledge about our course as widely as possible. We are already starting this release, but you will be able to join the practical 3D printing course at any time in the future, as all lessons will be available on . Until recently, 3D printing was a science fiction concept, much like the on-demand fabrication of objects in Star Trek. Today, almost anyone can own a printer, whether they buy it ready to go or build it themselves. XNUMXD printing technology is beginning to permeate almost every area of life, and ways to use it are increasingly limited only by the imagination of users. Last fall, the XNUMXD printer was even sent into space. However, if it seems to us that this is a very modern technology, there is nothing more wrong. First things first.
