Fuses and relay boxes for Skoda Rapid
Fuse block diagram (fuse location), location and purpose of the fuses Skoda Rapid and Skoda Rapid Spaceback (2016, 2017, 2018).
Checking and replacing fuses
Individual electrical circuits are protected by fuses.
- Before replacing a fuse, switch off the ignition and the relevant consumer.
- Find out which fuse is associated with the failed component.
- Bad fuses can be identified by stripes of molten metal. Replace the defective fuse with a new one of the same rating.
- If the new fuse blows again, contact a specialist immediately.
Notice
- Never "repair" fuses or replace them with higher amperage fuses - risk of fire! It can also damage another part of the electrical system.
- If the fuse just inserted blows again after a short time, have the electrical system checked by a ŠKODA specialist workshop as soon as possible.
- We recommend that you always carry spare fuses with you.
