Exceeding the speed limit by 45 km / h

I'll tell you a little story about how the traffic police stopped me, and they wanted to earn some extra money. YES, I confess, I violated the rules of traffic rules - I exceeded the speed limit in the village by 45 km / h, but even this is a moot point. Since it was on a bypass road, but for some reason there was a sign that this was a settlement, although there were no houses and buildings around along the entire bypass.

I was driving, which means that the injector was in a VAZ 2105 working car, the distance was considerable, I had already traveled more than half the way. There was very little left to the place of work, about 100 km, and before the beginning of the bypass road of Novy Oskol, which is located in the Belgorod region, a truck appeared in front of me, which was transporting live pigs. Those who have met such trucks on their way know firsthand that it is simply impossible to drive behind such a tractor, the stench is simply unreal, especially since there are more cracks in my VAZ 2105 than in the village shed. I decided to overtake this truck in order to breathe fresh air, began to overtake even without exceeding the speed somewhere at a speed of about 70 km / h in the village.

But then the truck driver decided to step on the gas, and had to increase speed. As a result, it was possible to overtake him only when my car picked up speed already more than 100 km / h. And as soon as I overtook him, I look ahead of the traffic police car and turns around sharply, and after a couple of minutes I am already slowed down. They showed me a “TV”, where you can see that I was moving at a speed of 105 km / h, which means that I exceeded the speed limit on my Five by as much as 45 km / h.

As you know, for such a traffic violation I should have been fined from 1000 to 1500 rubles. I ask the traffic cops what the amount of the fine depends on. And they tell me in plain text, if there was some pretty madam in my place, they would write her out at a minimum - that is, 1000 rubles. And I get 1500 rubles, simply because they wanted it that way. As a result, our conversation ended with the fact that I was issued a protocol for 300 rubles, and I gave 500 rubles as a gift to traffic police officers, as they say, they parted peacefully.

So, it would be better if I breathed a little more of this stench from the truck with pigs than gave 800 rubles, and even lost time to read half an hour while we were deciding where to stop. And best of all, do not violate the traffic rules, and the money is safe and you won’t lose your precious time.
