Velobecane Assembly Warehouse Presentation – Velobecane – Electric Bicycle

Velobecane has a large warehouse in Lille, more specifically in Lis-le-Lannoy, in the north of France. It employs over 50 people and collects Velobecane e-bikes every day.

Here's how to assemble your Velobecane electric bikes in a few steps.

First, you have preparation. That is, the assembly of all small parts: mud flaps, trunk, as well as wheels with brake discs and cassettes.

The second step is to assemble the entire bike. That is, assembling the important compartments of an electric bike: front wheel and rear wheel, derailleur, stand, mudguard and luggage rack, as well as everything that is steering and pedal bearings, cranks, handlebars, and finally the entire electronic system.

Thirdly, the controls of the electric bike are regulated. That is all there is a lever, horn, brakes, and then the installation of the battery and the saddle and its proper functioning.

The next step is to adjust all the security features. In other words, make sure that the brakes, shifter, and all electronic components that are checked during assembly are working properly.

It is at this stage that we check all the elements: the lamps, the horn and the correct functioning of all engine options (whether it is a starting aid or an electrical auxiliary device).

The final step is to pack the Velobecane electric bike to ship to the owner.

* The advantage of having our own assembly plant allows us to have a huge stock of spare parts to meet your after-sales service needs at any time.

Whether it's handlebars, lights, overhead racks, chains, etc. or any other parts you need, they'll be available immediately.
