What is HVI and what is it for

As mentioned, this is an application compatible with Android and iPhone smartphones and devices, which can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store and from the App Store (download link below), which nevertheless offers some paid formulas: a plan to check for € 1,49 / month, maintenance for € 2,99 / month, or a complete business plan for € 4,99 / month, all of which can be tested with a free 14-day trial.

As the name under which it is distributed, we are talking about a solution designed to test and loading and unloading trucks and other heavy equipmentwhere you can also record the flow of information and data of all kinds, including maintenance, consumption and accidents.

HVI is available in a variety of languages, including Italian, it allows you to digitize your checklists of various types, be notified if a malfunction is reported between vehicles in your fleet, or even gives you the ability to create work orders or view and use professional reports on checks that can be exported to Excel and PDF files.

How HVI works

Once installed, the app offers you to log in for free with your credentials or register a new account. The next step is to set up your profile by entering the number of vehicles, your role (fleet manager, mechanic, driver, etc.) and a contact number, after which the HVI will present itself with a quick introductory overview Functions primary.

The main screen acts as an information panel with all the different sections and shortcuts to access the different sections of the application: the section reserved for your vehicles, team, check history, work orders, fuel register, etc. On the other hand, you will find everything the rest of the pages are at the bottom, where you can find general information about the app, your profile, settings and more.
