In general, the amount varies from 40000 to 350000. Note that the maximum amount is provided only for trucks, and the average size of the subsidy is set at around 40 thousand.

Documents required for disposal

As mentioned earlier, in order to receive a subsidy, you first need to provide a set of documents. The car dealership will ask the car owner for the following:

• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
• A copy of the vehicle passport;
• Certificate from the state traffic inspectorate on deregistration in connection with the disposal of the vehicle, or the original vehicle registration card, with appropriate marks;
• Certified copy or original of the vehicle scrapping certificate.

Stages of purchasing a vehicle using the recycling program

2. Issue a power of attorney to deregister the vehicle from the traffic police register, or do it yourself;

4. Pay for car disposal services and other services;
5. Buy a new car of Russian production or assembly with a subsidy according to the program.

It is important to note that a special discount on the vehicle disposal certificate is valid only for a certain period until the federal budget funds allocated for the program run out (for 2019 - 10 billion rubles).
