Flushing oil ZIC Flush is a synthetic-based technical fluid designed for engine flushing. The composition of engine oil includes special additives - detergents and dispersants. Perfectly clean deposits of ointments and varnishes on engine parts. Being suspended in the oil, all dirt is completely removed from the engine at the end of the flushing process along with the used oil.

ZIC Flush Flushing Oil is made from Yubase synthetic base oil. This is the company's own development. This base oil is obtained by hydrocracking, but it has excellent technical characteristics comparable to a synthetic base. A multi-stage filtration system and special technology allowed South Korean petrochemists to obtain base oil with unique purity and physical and chemical properties. In addition to ZIC Flushing Oil, Yubase produces ZIC engine and transmission oils and many other technical fluids.

Application area

ZIC flushing oil can be used to flush various types of petrol and diesel engines. Washer fluid can be used on vehicles equipped with a catalytic converter and a turbocharger, unless otherwise specified in the service book.

The main purpose of a ZIC flush is to adapt the lubrication system to the new oil. If the engine has previously been filled with an unknown oil or an oil made from a different base, flushing the engine before adding new lubricant will prevent foaming and precipitation of the new product.

The ZIC engine flush can also be used to prevent contamination of engine parts. To do this, it is recommended to periodically carry out the flushing procedure when changing engine oil.

Instructions for use

Not only for internal combustion engines, but also for manual transmissions, you can use ZIC Flush synthetic flush; Instructions for use will depend on the node being treated.

When flushing the engine, the used oil is drained first. Then, the flushing composition is poured through the oil filler neck. The internal combustion engine should run with washer fluid for 15 to 20 minutes at idle.

Important! The washing procedure should not exceed 30 minutes; during washing, it is forbidden to increase the engine speed and set the car in motion.

Next, you need to turn off the engine, drain the flushing oil, replace the oil filter and fill in new oil.

When flushing the transmission, it is necessary to hang the drive wheels. Then you need to drain the old gear oil from the box and fill in the blade. Engage first gear and let the engine idle for five minutes. Then drain the used fluid and refill with new transmission fluid.

Advantages and disadvantages

Flushing oil ZIC has a serious disadvantage. This is a high retail price of the product. The price of ZIK Flush reaches the level of domestic semi-synthetic motor oil. If we compare ZIC flushing oil and Russian flushing oils, then the price of the latter can be two or even three times lower than that of South Korea.
