The automotive industry does not stand still. This is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the life of civilization.

Someone who defines their skills based on "...I have had a driver's license for 20 years and am a good driver....". he might as well say he is a great computer scientist because he can type and learned the basics of mathematics 20 years ago.
