Rules of the competition “Win ​​tickets for the Monster X Tour in Krakow”

1. The organizer of the competition is Polskapresse Sp. z oo with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Domanevska 41, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, maintained by the District Court of the Capital of Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000002408, registered capital PLN 42.000.000 522 01, NIP 03-609-XNUMX-XNUMX. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

2. The start date of the Contest is set to May 12.05.2014, 18.05.2014 May XNUMX, XNUMX, the end date is May XNUMX XNUMX.

4. Any Internet user who, in aggregate, meets the following conditions can be a Participant of the Contest:

a) has full legal capacity. Persons who do not have full legal capacity take part in the Contest through their legal representative;

b) will send to the following address during the contest [email protected] in a .doc file or in the body of the email the answer to the contest question asked: “If you had the opportunity to ride a monster truck, what would be the first thing you would crush with its wheels and why?

c) the submitted answer will be in Polish, written in accordance with the rules of Polish grammar and spelling.

d) is not an employee of the Organizer or the closest relative of an employee of the Organizer;

e) complies with other conditions established by these Rules.

5. The Entrant represents and warrants that it is the sole author of the Test Project responses and the sole authority to copyright those responses.

6. By sending the Organizer a response to the competition task, the Participant provides the Organizer with consent (license) for multiple, free, in whole or in part, and unlimited in time and territory, the use of the response sent in the following fields: exploitation: a) Recording and reproduction by any means, including including recording (analogue and digital) on audiovisual media, in particular on video media, photosensitive tapes, magnetic tapes, computer disks and other digital recording media, in a multimedia network (including the Internet), b) display, public reproduction, distribution and publication of photographs, including broadcasting (including the so-called simulcast or webcast) in whole or in fragments freely chosen by the Organizer - using wired and wireless vision or audio via terrestrial station and cable broadcast and via satellite, c. rotation of the content of the answer and its research in the country and abroad, including leasing, leasing or leasing on the basis of another legal relationship, d. lending, leasing, loaning or replacing the medium on which the or the answer is reproduced, e. retransmission of the answer - in an unlimited number of transmissions, f. computer and multimedia network, including the Internet, in an unlimited number of transmissions and volumes, g. use in multimedia works and on the websites of the Organizer, as well as placement on the market using the Internet and other methods of data transmission using telecommunications, IT and wireless networks, public and non-public exchange of the work in such a way that everyone can access it in their chosen place and time, in particular in the form of SMS, MMS, WAP, on the Internet, interactive TV, video on demand, audio on demand, Wi-Fi-Fi and Wi-Max networks.

7. By submitting a response to the Contest in the manner specified in these Regulations, the Participant declares that the submitted feedback does not violate the law or protected rights, and the Participant has the full right to submit a response to the Contest and grant a license in accordance with paragraph 6 above. At the same time, the Participant waives the right of the Organizer to exercise non-property rights in relation to the above answer.

8. In case of unreliability of the statement made in paragraph 5 or 7 above, and / or presentation by third parties to the Organizer of any claims related to the violation of their rights in connection with or through the publication of answers to the submitted Test Project by the Participant, the Participant bears full and complete responsibility, including for damages, to the Organizer, and immediately after notification by the Organizer releases the Organizer from any liability and satisfies the claims of the above third parties.

9. The jury will select the 3 most interesting works from the submitted works. The authors of the works will receive prizes in the form of: two individual invitations to the Monster X Tour event on June 7.06.2014, 13.00 at XNUMX in Krakow

10. Winners will be notified by e-mail before 25.05.2014 of the fact of winning a prize.

11. The list of winners (including names and places of residence) will also be published on Motofakty.pl within two weeks after the end of the Competition, to which each person participating in this competition agrees.

12. The prize will be sent no later than within 14 days from the date of selection of the winners to the address provided by the winner in response to the notification specified in paragraph 10 above, at the expense of the Organizer.

13. If the winner of a prize does not provide the address specified in the previous paragraph within 3 days from the date the email was sent to him, he will permanently forfeit the right to the prize. The winner of a prize also permanently forfeits the prize if they refuse to receive the prize or do not collect it for reasons within their control within 15 days from the date of the first delivery (last date of the second mail notification). .

14. The award cannot be exchanged for any other award in kind or its cash equivalent.

15. In case of receiving a prize by a minor who participated in the Contest by his legal representative, the receipt of the prize is carried out by the legal representative of this person in the manner specified in paragraphs 12-13 above, under the fear indicated therein.

16. To participate in the Competition, you must accept these Regulations and agree to the publication of the answer to the competition task on the Organizer's website motofakty.pl. Participation in the competition is tantamount to such acceptance and consent.

17. Each participant of the Competition can submit only one application containing answers to the competition task.

18. Each participant of the Contest can win only one prize in the Contest.

19. The condition for receiving a prize won in the Contest is the provision of reliable personal data: name, surname, year of birth, address of residence, in response to the notification specified in paragraph 10 of the Regulations.

20. The Organizer is not responsible for changing the place of residence and / or address for correspondence provided by the awarded Participant, or for changing other data that makes it impossible to send the prize to the Participant, as well as for the impossibility to collect or not collect the award for reasons related to the Participant. In this case, the Participant loses the right to the prize, which remains the property of the Organizer.

21. Undistributed prizes are canceled and remain at the disposal of the Organizer.

22. 1. By accepting the content of these Regulations and taking part in the Contest, the participant agrees to the processing of his personal data provided to the Organizer in the following volume. The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the law of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data Polskapresse Sp. z oo with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Domaniewska 41, 02-672 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the Regional Court of the Capital Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000002408 with a share capital of PLN 42.000.000,00 522 01, NIP 03-609- XNUMX-XNUMX for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Competition, selecting and notifying the winners, publishing the results and awarding prizes, for the broadly understood marketing and promotional purposes of the products and services of Polskapresse Sp. z oo, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes and to establish contact with the owner of the data.

22. 2. Polskapresse Sp. z oo informs that it is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the aforementioned law. The data owner has the right to check his data, as well as correct and delete it. In addition, the data owner has the right to object to the processing of his data by the Company at any time and to demand their deletion in general to the extent permitted by the above act, which, however, may lead to the inability to participate in the Contest. For security reasons, in all these matters the data owner must personally contact Polskapresse Sp. z oo in writing. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Contest.

22.3. The participant may agree to receive from Polskapresse Sp. z oo via electronic communications, including those provided by Polskapresse Sp. z oo e-mail addresses of commercial information from Polskapresse Sp. z oo about products and services offered by Polskapresse Sp. z oo, as well as products and services of organizations cooperating with Polskapresse Sp. z oo on separate terms.

22. The organizer has the exclusive right in any order:

a) determination of the content of the competitive task;

b) assessment of answers to the competitive task;

c) determination of laureates on the basis of the principles established by these Regulations;

d) removal of the Participant from participation in the Contest in case of violation of the Regulations.

23. Complaints from participants of the Contests are accepted in correspondence to the e-mail address [e-mail protected] Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Complainants will be notified in writing of the outcome of the complaint procedure immediately after they have been resolved.

24. Disputes related to and arising from the Contests will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, by a competent general court.

25. The Organizer is not responsible for the unavailability of the Contest due to problems with data transfer, and also does not guarantee the absence of failures or errors on the sites and mail servers. The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of data during or after transmission.

26. The Organizer has the right to make changes to the provisions of these Regulations, if this does not worsen the conditions for participation in the Contest and does not cancel the rights already acquired. This applies in particular to changes in individual events of the Competition and changes in the specification of material prizes. Changes to these Regulations come into force from the date of notification of the changes to the Participants by posting them on the Organizer's website.

27. The Organizer establishes a correspondent account [email protected] for all correspondence related to the Contest.

28. These rules will be available to the Competitors at the Organizer's office and on the website www.motofakty.pl.
