For internal cleaning do not use brushes or rags, as threads, bristles and fibers can get into the jets. It is advisable to use special tools and liquids for cleaning and caring for the carburetor. When the carburetor is cleaned, you can begin to adjust.

We proceed to adjust the throttle actuator, first of all, you need to check the cable tension.

The cable should not sag, but it should not be too tight, because an excessively tight cable does not make it possible to close completely. in order to tighten or loosen the tension, drive needs to be adjusted..

With the key on “13”, you should hold the lug nut on the cable sheath, and with the second key, slowly unscrew the lock nut a couple of turns.

After that, you can begin to set the desired distance from the tip of the adjusting nut and the carburetor.

The gas pedal must be released - when the pedal is fully depressed, the damper is fully open.

Now the previously unscrewed locknut must be tightened.

In order to adjust the air damper actuator, the cover must be removed from the air filter. After we begin to check the course of thrust in the shell. In the event that the drive is correctly adjusted, then with the “drowned” drive handle, the air damper should open completely.

If you have something wrong, then you need to adjust. The lever must be fully rotated in order for the damper to open completely.

The damper drive handle must be “drowned”.

We take pliers, they need to pull the cable out of the "shirt", after which the bolt needs to be clamped back.

We begin to adjust the starting device, fine adjustment can only be made on the removed carburetor, using the adjustment of the gaps. in order to adjust the carburetor without removing it, you need a tachometer.

Let's start, the first thing to do is to remove the air filter housing, then the air damper drive handle is pulled out to the stop. We start the engine. The shutter itself is needed open with a screwdriver about 1/3 of its full travel. We turn the adjusting bolt, it is necessary to achieve 3200-3400 rpm, after which we release the damper.

Now, with the locknut loosened, we turn the screw with a screwdriver: it is necessary for the rotational speed to be 2800-3000 rpm. Well, that's all, now you should tighten the nut, and put the filter housing in place.

in order to adjust the idle speed, the internal combustion engine needs to be warmed up to operating temperature, it is also necessary to turn on powerful consumers of electricity, you can turn on the lights or the stove. We take a screwdriver, with its help you need to rotate the “quality” screw in order to set the maximum speed.

Now, using the “quantity” screw, you need to reduce the speed to a mark that is 50-100 more than it should be at idle.

Again, using the “quality” screw, we lower it to a normal value.
