This work is quite painstaking, but not difficult. To replace you will need:

• Head for 17 and 10 or a regular asterisk key for all the same 10 and 17;
• Hexagon on 5;
• Regular key for 12;
• A set of probes and a regular flat and Phillips screwdriver;

• with a cold engine - Inlet 0,15 ± 0,02; Task 0,2±0,02.
• hot - Input 0,25 ± 0,02; Gradation 0,3±0,02.

Let's go directly to the process:

1. Let the engine cool down.
2. We collect the necessary tools.

   A set of tools for carrying out the process.

3. We remove high-voltage cables.

   The first step is to disconnect the high voltage wires from the ignition module, the low voltage connector and the crankcase ventilation hoses.

4. Remove the upper protective casing of the gas distribution mechanism.

   We unscrew the four bolts of the timing belt housing and the eight bolts of the valve cover, and then remove them.

5. We unscrew the eight screws that hold the valve cover, and then remove it.

   The numbering of the cylinders comes from the timing belt cover, it has the following order: those closer to the radiator are the exhaust valves, and those further away are the intake valves, then, turning the crankshaft clockwise, we put the piston of the first cylinder at top dead center . Align the mark on the pulley with the mark on the housing.

6. We put marks on the camshaft. The designation is on the pulley. There are only two marks - for the first and second cylinder.

   There should be two marks on the pulley:
   
   The first is for the first cylinder;
   
   Second after fourth;
   
   It is easy to distinguish them, there are 5 spokes on the pulley, the mark for the first cylinder is between the spokes, “on takeoff”, and for the fourth cylinder at the level of the spoke. The labels are 180 degrees apart.
   
   We check the clearance in the exhaust valve of the 1st cylinder.

7. Using a feeler gauge, we measure the gaps.

   Adjust the clearance if necessary.

8. Correct spaces if necessary.

   The second part of the correction.

9. Install a new gasket and install the valve cover gasket. The bolts are tightened according to the scheme.

   We immediately carry out the same operation for the 1st and 2nd intake valves and the exhaust valve of the 3rd cylinder.
   
   After turning the crankshaft 360 degrees, the camshaft will rotate 180 degrees (matching the second mark) and check the gaps in the intake valve of the third cylinder, the intake valve of the fourth cylinder and the exhaust valve of the second cylinder and the exhaust valve of the 4th cylinder.
   
   After completing the adjustment, we collect everything in the reverse order. We insert a new gasket into special grooves.
   
   Screw on the lid and voila.
