How to get a bonus?
To take advantage of the € 50 premium, you must go to one of the repair or self-repair shops associated with the Alvéole network. An interactive map will be presented on the website https://www.coupdepoucevelo.fr/ in the coming days, making it easy to find the nearest specialists.
After an appointment has been made, the beneficiary must be sure to bring an identity document and his mobile phone, while receiving an SMS is necessary to allow the repair shop to issue an insurance premium. This amount will be deducted directly from the repair company's invoice. Whether it's a simple bike or an electric bike, the prize cannot exceed 50 euros excluding taxes. It can only be requested once per bike. The beneficiary remains responsible for the payment of VAT, unless it is not charged by the repair company.
What are the eligible costs?
The € 50 premium covers both parts replacement and labor costs.
Changing tires, repairing brakes, replacing derailleur cables ... this applies to all normal repairs. However, accessories (anti-theft, reflective vest, helmet, etc.) are not eligible.
