Renault unveils electric wooden bike

This electric bike, unveiled on the occasion of the launch of the diamond brand's new mineral line, was developed in collaboration with Keim Cycles.

Keim Cycles, who lives in Indre-et-Loire, is not his first collaboration with Renault. Specializing in high-quality wooden bicycle frames, the company takes a high-tech approach to the processing of wooden parts. Unique know-how that has already been applied to the TreZor and Symbioz concept vehicles.

This wooden electric bike was unveiled on Tuesday, April 23rd, along with a concept that heralds the next generation of the Kangoo ZE. Unfortunately Renault and Keim Cycles do not provide information on the characteristics and characteristics of their model. The only signs are visual and the concept presented shows the disc brakes and suggests the use of a battery built into the frame and a motor housed in a crank system.

At the moment, we don't know if this first Renault electric bike will ever hit the market. A case to follow!
