Rimac Greyp G12S: an e-bike that looks like a superbike

Croatian manufacturer Rimac has just unveiled the Greyp G12S, a new electric bike that looks like a superbike.

Designed for the successor to the G12, the G12S has an appearance that is completely identical to the original model, but with a completely redesigned frame. On the electrical side, the Greyp G12S is powered by a new 84V and 1.5kWh battery (64V and 1.3kWh for the G12). Recharged in 80 minutes from a household outlet, it is equipped with Sony lithium cells and claims a service life of approximately 1000 cycles and a range of approximately 120 km.

All bike functions are concentrated on a large 4.3-inch touchscreen with fingerprint activation device.

If he can limit himself to 250 watts in accordance with electric bike legislation, the Rimac Greyp G12S can deliver up to 12 kW of power in “Power” mode, which is enough to allow him to reach a top speed of 70 km. / h. Please note that the motor also offers the possibility of regeneration during the braking and decelerating phases.

Don't expect to shoulder the G12S. Just like its predecessor, the car weighs about 48 kg and is a hybrid car, suitable for urban driving thanks to VAE mode, and off-road with Power mode.

Orders for the Greyp G12S are already open and the online configurator allows the customer to fully customize their bike. Starting price: 8330 euros.
