Without further ado, let's move on to the day before the scheduled event. Whether you're preparing a herring party, family Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, or just a Saturday night party, the rules are the same. Number one: get enough sleep and make it eight hours.

Instead of coffee, drink matcha green tea as soon as you wake up. It speeds up the metabolism of fats, adds energy and detoxifies, which is a sign that it will work harder than coffee.

For breakfast, choose proteins and healthy fats, such as muesli with whole milk yogurt and fruit. Thanks to this, you will protect the digestive system from heavy snacks and strong drinks.

And don't forget the water! If you want to avoid dehydration as much as possible, choose coconut. It has a lot of potassium, which is quickly washed out of the body when drinking alcohol. And this is one of the reasons for the malaise and bad shape on the second day.

What's next? If you do not have time to visit the hairdresser, you can do it yourself. Spend a quarter of an hour cleansing your face (an exfoliating gel is best) and wash your beard with a special shampoo to soften facial hair.

Then relax like a hairdresser, covering your face with a warm towel.

Once prepared in this way, you can shave, trim or shape your stubble with a trimmer. Don't forget to detangle your beard with a card or a professional beard brush. Brushed looks smooth and neat.

After shaving, apply oil to the beard and moisturizing lotion to the face. And if you're styling stubble, the easiest way is to shape it with wax.

Let's go back to the pre-party menu. At lunchtime, prioritize healthy fats and serve salmon on a plate with plenty of salad. This choice will work like a bomb with fatty acids and B vitamins. Their absence is a short cut to feeling “heavy head” the day after returning home.

And in the evening? Important advice: do not take a long and hot bath before going outside in the evening. A quick and cool shower would have been better. From the heat, the skin will turn red, the pores will open, and the forehead will shine brightly. And you don't want it. Before going outside, a light matting emulsion is best, which can be patted on the forehead, cheeks and nose.

Morning is a good time to soak your face in an ice bath. This is done by specialists in baling. Collect all the ice from the freezer, put it in the sink, add some sparkling water and dip your face. In a few minutes, you will get rid of puffiness and find freshness. And if your complexion is red and dry, try this moisturizing sheet mask, perfectly cool, straight from the fridge and enriched with soothing aloe vera extract.

Now hydrate your body. Prepare a glass of mineral water, add a tablespoon of sugar and half as much salt. Mix and drink to your health.

And if you plan to have breakfast, remember that an irritated stomach will not withstand anything heavy. A good idea would be scrambled eggs with tomatoes and mushrooms and a large glass of orange juice. This food will support the liver, which after the party has to cope with a large dose of relatives (poisonous components of alcohols, especially dark ones, like whiskey).

However, when you have gone too far with the latter and you have goosebumps - get drunk! This is the only way to get rid of toxins as quickly as possible. Short runs, workouts at home or in the pool will do the trick.

Then a warm bath and a good dinner. Properly balanced, it will prepare you for the next carnival evening. A good choice would be a burrito with beans and guacamole sauce, with which you will provide the body with magnesium, calcium and B vitamins.

And don't be afraid of sugar! It is normal to feel an appetite for sweets - this is a signal that the level of glucose in the blood has dropped significantly. A bar of dried fruits, dates, a piece of dark chocolate - take your pick.

And then the male concern? Repeat the steps of the morning ritual and you are ready to hit the town again!
