Self-service: Yugo electric scooters coming soon in Bordeaux

Combined with the mobile app, Yugo electric scooters will be released from February.

After Barcelona and Madrid, Yugo self-service electric scooters arrive in France, the first launch of which is expected in February in Bordeaux.

“We are going to launch the service in early February,” explains Olivier Aurel. By spring, we will place 50 electric scooters in the Bordeaux area, along the perimeter of the boulevards, including in the Bastide area.” said one of the brand's managers at La Tribune.

Free floating

No stations! Like the Paris CityScoot system, the Yugo operates on a free float principle and vehicles can be returned and parked anywhere in the operator's predefined area.

To find, reserve and unlock the scooter, the user will have to download the mobile app and pay a flat rent of 19 cents per minute of use. Basic, classic or crazy, Yugo will also offer different packages for regular users at prices ranging from € 19 to € 85 per month depending on the plan chosen.
