Lease a truck without a driver

How to rent a truck?

If you understand, then there is nothing complicated in this procedure. First, you need to find a tenant. This can be done in a variety of ways, but the most common is the placement of ads and advertisements in the local press or on all-Russian sites. There are also intermediary companies that will look for clients for you for a fee.

It is also a very common situation when an employee of a company rents his truck to management. Such a transaction is fully permitted by law, even if the car is leased by the owner of the organization. The act of acceptance and transfer of a truck for rent

Regardless of how and between whom the lease transaction is drawn up, it is necessary first of all to draw up and sign an act of acceptance and transfer of a truck. Why this document is signed, and so it is clear - in order to be able to demand legal compensation in case of damage to property.

An acceptance certificate is drawn up according to the usual formula: the lessor and the lessee, their data, details, vehicle data (STS number, PTS number, engine, body, chassis number), estimated cost, date of compilation, seal, signature.

An important point - be sure to specify the mileage. You also need to indicate that the car was in normal working condition at the time of transfer. If there were any defects, such as dents or scratches, then they can be photographed and added to the act (just in case, so that after returning the equipment, you can prove something in case of new damage).

The acceptance certificate is attached to the lease agreement, the form of which is legally approved and the form can be downloaded on the Internet or found at any notary. Points of the lease agreement:

• the subject of the contract - the brand of the car and all its data are indicated;
• terms of the contract - the obligations of the parties (the lessor transfers the car in a satisfactory condition, the tenant undertakes to return it in the same form);
• payment procedure - the cost of rent (daily, monthly), the frequency of payments;
• validity;
• responsibility of the parties - different situations are considered - refueling, repairs, delays in payments;
• terms of termination of the contract - under what circumstances the contract can be terminated prematurely;
• dispute resolution;
• Force Majeure;
• final provisions;
• details of the parties.

The parties only need to check the correctness of the entered data of each other and the car, and prescribe the agreed rental price. All other items are already in the contract, you can also enter some additional conditions, for example, what to do if after a while it turns out that the car was by no means in a satisfactory condition.

Documents for drawing up a lease agreement

So that neither your clients nor the tax authorities have any questions, you must provide a package of documents for renting a car. For individuals, these will be the following documents: passport, category “B” license, all documents for the car. If you are renting a car to an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity, then on their part you will need:

• power of attorney;
• authorized person's passport;
• Bank details;
• WU of a trusted person.

It should also be noted that there are different forms of renting a truck - with a driver (that is, you can rent a car and drive it at the same time, following the instructions of the tenant), without a driver. In addition, renting a car is an additional income and is taxed at 13%.
