SDC - synaptic damping control

Semi-active suspension for ride control. In SDC, the actuators are shock absorbers equipped with proportional valves with flow control. Specific sensors are 3 accelerometers located on the body and 2 accelerometers located on the front suspension.

The control logic activates the suspension to simulate that the vehicle is suspended from the sky and not disturbed by uneven road surfaces. Roll, roll and swing are controlled by the damping of the shock absorbers, which, thanks to the individual controls, can also affect understeer and oversteer.
