And such plans really could be: on July 15, he appeared on the official map of Tesla.com, and his phone number was also published. However, on that day, its employees stated that this is not currently the case - the service was launched a day later, on July 16, 2019.

Returning to the SC topic on Povsinskaya, I came back from there. They vehemently denied that any SC would be built as part of the site. At the moment, there are no such plans, unless Tesla sales in PL grow (the word 1000 was mentioned, but I would not suggest it).

The "SC" mentioned is, of course, the Supercharger. Two days ago, we took the liberty of suggesting that the construction work in the foreground is preparation for the launch of the Supercharger:

The Supercharger design seemed logical to us, because service centers often have their own charging stations. Besides Tesla (?)
