Service system of electric vehicles. No power" - a bug in the Nissan Leaf? Remove the battery clips or charge it

Mr. Michal Nissan Leaf displayed the error “Service EV System. No power ”in the red frame. It looked quite frightening, but it turned out that the problem was apparently in the low voltage on the 12V battery. Restarting the computer or replacing the battery helps.

The error was shown to Mr Michal while driving on the highway (source). At a speed of 120 km / h, the Nissan Leaf suddenly completely lost power and stopped (!)... Fortunately, it took a total of 3 minutes to fix the problem, including 30 seconds with the 12V battery disconnected.

Another user reported that it was with him I ended up replacing the 12 volt batterywhich suggests that if it had been refilled at home, the problem could have been avoided. Car charging can be just as effective (source). It's actually quite surprising that electricians who have high capacity batteries in the floor have 12V batteries fail / discharge as often:

Interestingly, a very similar error Electric vehicle service system, but in the yellow - it would seem, "less dangerous" - frame of our Reader, Mr. Michal, he was on the tow truck. However, in his case, the error was displayed alternately with an additional description: Unable to restart after power off.
