Step 1. Separate the aluminum pipes from the flexible part.

Step 3. Cut the new hose

Measure the length of your old hose. Cut out a new one the same size in the power steering hose to create a custom hose. Insert the centering ring required for fixing. Then you need crimp the ends in the power steering hose. Remember to do the same with the centering ring.

If the power steering hose is defective or leaking, it must be replaced. Otherwise, your steering will become rigid and it will become very difficult for you to maneuver. To change the hose, all you have to do is remove it and drain the fluid at the same time.
