High pressure hose is a flexible pipeline for transporting water and chemicals under pressure. Designed to transfer the working force of the liquid pressure that occurs in the mini-wash apparatus. Most Russian car enthusiasts buy household-level mini-washers for washing cars. Such devices are equipped with short hoses, equal to 2-4 meters, for the convenience of frequent movement. For these models, a maximum pressure of 150 bar is sufficient.
Hoses for professional AEDs
Professional models of HP devices have a higher working pressure - 150-200 bar. The power is sufficient for ease of use in production. Given the industry specification, high-pressure hoses for professional mini-washers are manufactured with a long service life and a wide range of applications in mind.
These hoses are designed for demanding operating conditions, unpretentiousness to external conditions. Complete industrial devices with long hoses - from 7 to 15 meters. Their cost, of course, is an order of magnitude more expensive than household ones.
High-pressure hoses for mini-washers come with a different amount of braid located between the hose tubes. The braid serves as a protection against pinching, shock, overlapping turns. The outer layer is made of plastic or rubber, it serves to protect against abrasive influences, that is, from abrasion.
Flanges are located at the ends of the hose. The flanges are fastened in a special way - by crimping, which is possible only on special production equipment. Crimping is the best technical option to prevent damage to the integrity of the connection under the influence of high pressure.
