Less noticeable is technical progress in the field of identifying the forces and means of a potential enemy. However, without the acquisition and skillful use of information, it is difficult to achieve military success today.

Modern armed conflicts are different from the wars and battles of the last centuries. For a long time we have not seen huge infantry armies and thousands of tanks conquering large territories. Now there are mobile, air and sea troops of highly qualified specialists, ultra-precise bombing and rocket fire. Actions take place in the electronic and telecommunications space, which is especially evident in the case of drones remotely controlled by operators thousands of kilometers away.
