How much does a used battery cost on Renault Zoe? OLX: PLN 25 XNUMX

Renault Zoe parts appear on classifieds sites. However, while doors or headlights are common, a battery is a real rarity - it's much easier to hit a car without a battery than a battery without a car. We just found a 22 kWh traction battery.

We already know the answer: in the secondary market, it costs PLN 25. This one was built in 2016 and has a capacity of 22 kWh. The 41 kWh option only appeared on offer in October 2016, so if we're looking for a battery for the 40 ZE, we'd better look for a version from at least 2017 - and keep asking.

The total capacity of the Zoe 22 kWh battery is 25,92 kWh, so the purchase price is about PLN 960 per 1 kWh. Out of curiosity, it is worth adding that although the entire battery weighs 290 kilograms, there are only 165 kilograms per cell. The rest is a supporting structure and thick container walls that protect the traction battery from external damage.

We don't know what condition the battery is in, but it's worth adding that the 22 kWh Zoe did not have a particularly large range, ranging from 130 to 160 km, depending on the engine. Even if the battery donor traveled the maximum distance every day, the battery would have less than 95 kilometers and 730 charge cycles. Renault Zoe cells are actively cooled, so there should be no talk of such rapid degradation as in the Nissan Leaf.
