The price of a pancake pan depends, among other things, on the material from which it is made, as well as the size, quality of the equipment and the manufacturer. The cheapest ones are already available in the price range of PLN 25-40.

A good pancake pan for a person who cooks pancakes, hash browns or pancakes (American pancakes) regularly can cost even more than 100 PLN. Household appliances at this price, however, are characterized by very good quality. The set often includes various accessories, such as spatulas, brushes to help cover the pan with the right amount of oil, sticks for spreading dough, and others.

How to make perfect pancakes?

To make pancakes like from a food blog, you need to remember a few important things, incl. to obtain the desired type of flour. Type 500 is best suited for pancakes. When preparing the dough, remember to respect the proportions of the ingredients - the finished mass should have the consistency of liquid sour cream and be homogeneous, without lumps. Before frying, heat the pan well so that the dough does not stick to its coating. Finally, don't use a lot of oil for frying, but at the same time, be sure to thoroughly grease the pan with a very thin layer of fat before pouring another batch of dough on the pancakes.

Before pouring a portion of the dough onto the surface of the vessel, remember that this cannot be done “on fire” so that the pancake does not burn. Until small air bubbles appear on its surface and the edges of its edges become dry, curled up. It usually takes about 10-15 seconds. Next is the hardest part for some! - step - flip the pancake. This is where a special wooden or silicone spatula comes in handy, although experienced people can effectively toss the pancake into the pan and turn it over. The frying time of the cake on the other side is also about 10-15 seconds.

There are many types of pancake pans on the market. Your choice will depend, among other things, on the available budget, as well as skills in the kitchen. It is also worth remembering the correct choice of equipment in terms of the presence of a dishwasher or induction cooker.
