Follow the face!

The airbag was invented almost 40 years ago. The principle of its operation remained the same, although significant improvements were made.

Cars currently on offer are equipped with multi-stage airbags that inflate depending on the force with which the car collides with an obstacle. The most recent invention is the dual-chamber airbag. It was designed with front row passengers in mind. When deployed, the center section of the airbag will explode inward, preventing injury to the driver's or passenger's face.
