List of electric charging stations

Google announced on its blog that Google Maps will display the charging stations (terminals) for electric vehicles.

Naturally, since the electric car is still young, the functionality is still active only for the United States. The replenishment database comes from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL or National Laboratory of the Ministry of Renewable Energy). At the moment, there are already 600 access points available on Google Maps, by entering a query in the form: "Charging station for electric vehicles near [city / place]".

The information will also be available from a mobile phone.

We can also note the presence of three other projects, ChargeMap.com and electric.carstations.com, which offer a list of electric vehicle charging stations. Plus plugshare.com is an app for mobile devices (iphone and soon on Android) that lists private and public charging stations.
