Sports life full of gadgets

Oh my God! My weight on the Internet Unfortunately, the use of smartphones and tablets has a negative impact on our health. Our love of gadgets causes us to suffer from various physical ailments. Muscle pain, tendon injuries, spinal deformities, even psychological problems? Electronic devices become less friendly the more time we spend with them.

Is there even a new disease? iDisease. Term? Referring to the names of Apple gadgets, promoted by Dr. Larry Rosen of California State University, an expert in an equally new discipline called the psychology of technology. Addiction to electronic gadgets, in his opinion, has already reached epidemic proportions.

Our body is not adapted to such devices. Phones are too small, buttons and screens are too small. Does focusing on a smartphone display lead to dangers? from street crashes to circadian disruptions, displays reduce the production of melatonin in the body. Is that what doctors say and recommend? more exercise, especially outdoors.

As it turns out, Generation Z can and hopefully will combine their passion for the internet and mobile gadgets with physical activity. Let's just take a look at what the industry has to offer and how the industry is evolving to support and enrich our athletic performance.

(within reach and circle of your online friends) devices such as Nike + Sportswatch GPS, watches with built-in GPS, and TomTom software that allows you to record your running workout? speed, location, calories burned and even heart rate are not enough. Now it's time for devices like the Nike Fuelband (1), a bracelet that not only tracks the wearer's physical activity, even counts their steps, but converts it all into "fuel"?
