Prices for certified seats start from PLN 400 and end at PLN 8. zloty per item. To this amount, you should also add a special frame that allows you to move the chair.

Sports seats have their advantages and disadvantages over original factory seats. The factory ones are comfortable, wide enough and can accommodate people of different sizes.

Because of this versatility, most seats are not suitable for sport riding. On the other hand, the bucket seat holds up well in corners, but getting in and out of it is uncomfortable.

There is a wide range of sports seats on the market. You can even buy FIA approved seats. designed for rally and racing, but not at all suitable for everyday driving in a civilian car. However, a security certificate is required. If the seat is not certified, it should not be purchased because it should not be approved for sale.

In the market, you can choose from domestic and foreign manufacturers. Prices vary widely and depend on the manufacturer, type of chair and the material from which it is made.

Prices for Polish Bimarco armchairs start at about PLN 400. This chair has a laminate frame. There are also reclining seats (from PLN 800) that are designed for two-door cars so that you have access to the rear seats.

There is a large offer of foreign companies such as Sparco, OMP, Recaro. However, the prices are much higher. For a Sparco chair with a frame made of pipes, you need to pay about PLN 800. Armchairs made of laminate cost about PLN 1500-2000, and those made of carbon fiber cost more than PLN 5. zloty.

There is a wide range of upholstery colors to choose from. In addition to velor upholstery, leatherette or leather is also available.

The bucket seats are deep, so in order for the driving comfort to be satisfactory, it is necessary to choose the right seat width. But that shouldn't be a problem because the chairs are available in a variety of sizes.

In a high performance car, the seat is permanently bolted to the floor and cannot be adjusted. On the other hand, in a civilian car, the buckets are attached to the rails and the seat can be moved in the same way as a normal one. Thanks to special frames, one seat can be installed on almost any car. The cost of installation is from 150 to 300 PLN, depending on the car model.

The sports seats can be equipped with standard, standard inertia seat belts or special ones, such as 6-point seat belts, which, however, severely limit driving comfort and interior functionality, as they are attached to the rear seat.
