STAG Awards Candidate Editors The STAG brand continues its informational activities dedicated to the generation of mechanics of the future. Autogas equipment manufacturer AC SA funded a paid internship for students of technical and vocational schools as a prize in a professional knowledge competition.

Autogas installer excellence is the basis for customer satisfaction moving out of the garage. The lack of elementary rules cannot be compensated for even by a large amount of knowledge and many years of practice of a workshop worker. Recognizing this, the STAG brand continues to share useful knowledge with a generation of future mechanics. After a very positive reception of practical training in vocational schools, a competition for professional knowledge was held.

In the first half of June of this year. Thanks to the head of the autogas plant, AC SA, students of two schools in Białystok: Mechanical School Complex No. 2 of the CUC and Vocational School Complex No. 2 had the opportunity to test their knowledge. And there was something to fight for! The best participants who decided to take part in the competition were invited to a one-month or two-week paid internship at the company's headquarters.

Where did the idea of special meetings with students come from? AC SA sees the potential of the next generation that will have to deal with STAG product technology. To interest young people in issues that they could use in practice after leaving school is the purpose of the organized meetings and a contribution to the best practices of installers.

The initiative is all the more valuable because you can choose among the mechanics present in the labor market. On the other hand, true professionals who specialize in a specific area such as the assembly of LPG/CNG plants are desirable and welcomed by the employees of each workshop.
