Super Soco France acquired by Pat Com (Green Riders)

Pat Com, one of the French leaders in the electric scooter market through its Green Riders brand, is strengthening its presence in the fast-growing world of electric two-wheelers by announcing the takeover of Super Soco France.

Today Super Soco, along with Niu, is one of the main brands specializing in the production of electric two-wheelers in France, in the line of electric motorcycles and scooters. The French division of the brand, launched in 2016 and present at more than 180 points of sale in France, was recently acquired by Pat Com, which specializes in electric scooters under the Green Riders brand.

Acquisition strategy

For Pat Com, the Super Soco acquisition is strategic and should allow the company to expand its reach in the growing electric vehicle market.
