It is allowed to apply reflective elements on bumpers, mudguards, car doors, wheel rims. Interior stickers can be placed on the rear window without blocking the view for the driver. The only possible place for the sign on the windshield is the upper corner on the passenger side.
Rules for the use of reflective stickers
Regardless of the type of transport, GOST 8769-75 defines the requirement for the color of reflectors: front - white, rear - red, side - orange. Certified reflective stickers on cars pass quality control for reflectance and will not create problems with the law.
License plates have a reflective layer so that the sign is readable by traffic police officers, road users and surveillance cameras. Glare reflective stickers on car numbers installed by violators of traffic rules are also subject to penalties.

The technology and materials for manufacturing reflective stickers are the same for any surface of use. A color, pattern or text, a reflective layer is applied to a vinyl film or thin plastic base with a thickness of 100-200 microns.
