Revealing the details of its new 2021 lineup, Taiwanese brand SYM has just opened the curtain on a strange three-wheeled electric scooter. The new SYM EF3 is equipped with a single wheel roof at the front and a double train at the rear. By protecting users from the elements, it is reminiscent of the philosophy of the BMW C1, whose electric renaissance has already been mentioned many times.

Up to 60 km of autonomy

The SYM EF3, designed for use in cities and utilities, is equipped with a modest 2.3 kW electric motor thanks to its large cargo space. Providing a top speed of up to 45 km / h, it is powered by two removable batteries. Accumulating almost 2 kWh of energy, they promise a range of up to 60 kilometers without recharging.

In terms of equipment, the SYM EF3 features a TFT color screen and two retro cameras projecting captured images onto two LCD screens embedded on either side of the dashboard.
