Rope puller maintenance and care
Visually inspect cable pullers before each use to ensure they are not worn, damaged or broken.Regularly check the movement of the lock pawl trigger, drive pawl and load hook safety latches. Each of these parts should be able to move without any difficulty.
If movement on any of them becomes difficult, the cable puller may be damaged or defective.
If you see any cracks, kinks, or missing parts on the cable tensioner, it needs to be replaced.Store cable pullers in a safe place away from moisture.
