temperature in the car

temperature in the car The psychomotor abilities of the driver and, therefore, the safety of driving are greatly influenced by the temperature in the car.

Every year in Poland there are more than 500 accidents due to a decrease in the motor skills of the driver and about 500 due to falling asleep or tiredness of the person driving the car.

Thanks to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, you can correctly regulate the temperature and avoid fogging the windows, which reduces visibility. The optimum temperature in the car is 20-22°C.

If it is too cold in the car, the driver will travel in the same clothing that he got into the vehicle, and in winter it usually consists of several layers. Such temperature in the car clothing hinders movement and does not allow free maneuvering of the steering wheel.

Also, in the event of a collision, objects in the pockets could injure the driver. Too low a temperature is not conducive to driving, but too high a temperature that reduces the driver's concentration and motor performance is also undesirable.

Poor ventilation and too high temperatures cause hypoxia in the body and mental discomfort, and the driver becomes drowsy.

Always ventilate the vehicle during stops. Heating dries the air, so

we must drink plenty of water while traveling. The conditions in the installation favor the development of various types of fungi and bacteria that are hazardous to health.

An unpleasant smell from the deflectors when the fan is turned on is a sign that the system needs chemical cleaning, which can be done at any air conditioning shop, or you can do it yourself with the appropriate products.
