TESLA. The air conditioner does not cool - what to do? [ANSWER]
Is it hot outside and Tesla's air conditioning is blowing warm air? What to do if the air conditioning was cooling before stopping and now it is not working? How do I find out why the air conditioning is not cooling the interior of the car?
If your Tesla Model S air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling, try the following options:
- Make sure the air conditioning is on and the temperature is set to the desired one.
- Check the weather outside the window. In very hot outdoor temperatures, high humidity or aggressive driving conditions, the car may temporarily reduce cabin cooling to cool the battery.

- Check that you don't have temperature set to "Low" and airflow to "11". Change one of the settings if so.
- Restart the computer - hold down the two scroll buttons for about 15 seconds until the screen goes black.
- If possible, turn off the car and leave it for about 10-60 minutes.
- Check if you have the current version of the software. The older ones had a bug that did not disable the airflow, but disabled the cooling.
If none of these solutions work, contact your service center for assistance.
