Tesla opens the world's largest supercharger network for electric vehicles

The Tesla supercharger network allows you to charge a car with sufficient autonomy in just 5 minutes.

The V3 Superchargers continue to give something to talk about, and now, the electric car firm has inaugurated an impressive electric station with up to 56 charging points, making it the largest in the world so far.

The charging network is located in a highway rest area in Firebo, California, USA, and has more than fifty chargers capable of operating at up to 250 kW.

According to Motorpasión, the power of these superchargers ensures very short charging times for users. For example, a Long Autonomy driver only needs to plug their car into one of these chargers for just five minutes to recharge up to 120 km, meaning they have a charging capacity of 1,609 km per hour.

While Tesla hasn't released details about this charging station, it was Teresa K, a fan club member, who recently and almost by accident discovered the huge facility, which also has a restaurant and store that are still closed.

Today, this Tesla charging station is the largest in the world with 56 250kW blowers. However, in terms of the total number of charging points, it will soon cease to be the queen, because the Tesla Gigafactory in China intends to open a charging point with up to 64 plugs, although they will be 145 kW, that is, V2 chargers. brand.
